Message from the Founders
From executing ONGC’s B193 5 Wellhead Platform to the acquisition of Litwin PEL in 2015, we’ve grown into a global Indian enterprise. Our landmark achievements include a joint venture with SBM, where we delivered both the world’s largest and second-largest FPSOs, and serving as PMC for ONGC’s $5 billion KG-DWN-98/2 deepwater project, delivering first oil and gas to production. In 2005, I returned to India from Silicon Valley to spend time with my ailing father. During that reflective period, the idea of building a technology-led company in the energy sector began to take shape. What started as a small dream—to create a meaningful impact through innovation—soon became a lifelong mission.
Throughout this journey, our guiding philosophy has remained: “Let’s make life better.”(BOLD) We’ve built a company that values people first—our colleagues, our clients, and our communities. This principle was our anchor during the 2009 subprime crisis, the 2015–16 oil downturn, and the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, we embraced a bold new direction and rebranded as Nauvata Energy Transition Enterprises, focusing on next-generation domains such as Wind, Hydrogen, Biofuels, Carbon Capture, and more. Our mission is clear: lead the energy transition through innovation, digitalization, and sustainability. A transformative step in this journey was the acquisition of dDriven Solutions Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based AI data platform. dDriven specializes in harmonizing and contextualizing industrial data to enable AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to operate at scale across enterprise environments. This platform is already trusted by global leaders such as Reliance, Hanwha, JGC, LG Chem, and others—empowering them to drive real-time, data-driven decision-making across complex operations. With Nauvata Techventures LLP, we are accelerating digital transformation across the energy and industrial sectors by integrating dDriven’s capabilities into our portfolio.

Our History
NET Enterprise began its journey in 2005 as Silicon Designs (M) Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, India, later evolving into Nauvata Engineering Pvt Ltd in 2008. Over the years, we have played a key role in executing major EPC, EPCM, and PMC projects across Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, and Infrastructure sectors. From delivering the Kikeh SPAR Project (2005/06) to securing offshore EPC contracts for ONGC and Sime Darby (2009/10), we have consistently expanded our expertise.
With a strong commitment to innovation, we signed a frame agreement with SBM Offshore (2012), took on complex FPSO and turret projects (2015-2019), and formed a strategic JV with SBM Offshore (2018/19). Our team has contributed over 1 million+ man-hours for SBM FPSO projects (2022/23) and successfully executed the HPCL CO2 project on an EPC basis (2023). In the same year, we rebranded to NET Enterprises, reinforcing our global presence and commitment to delivering sustainable, high-impact solutions to clients worldwide.
