Electrical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering efforts for PMC/EPCM projects, ensuring technical excellence.
• Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and heat & material balances.
• Perform process simulations, equipment sizing, and pressure safety valve (PSV) sizing using ASPEN HYSYS.
• Define isolation and control philosophies for safe and efficient plant operation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers.
• Provide technical support during project execution, including HAZOP studies, design reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in ASPEN HYSYS for process simulation and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PSV sizing, equipment sizing, and process calculations.
• Deep understanding of process safety, isolation, and control philosophies.
• Proficiency in developing PFDs, P&IDs, and heat/material balances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and interact with stakeholders.
